Complimentary bottles of water are provided daily, and the staff is helpful and accommodating.

Some guests have reported issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and problems with the shower stand and shower curtain.

On the downside, I was disappointed with the Wi, Fi connection and the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. the Wi, Fi was weak, making it difficult to use for downloading images or streaming.

The convenience of being near public transportation, including the Airport Limousine, made exploring this city a breeze.

Lack of amenities , We were disappointed to find that some standard amenities were missing, such as toothbrushes. It would have been nice to have these provided in the room, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with everything in a very good condition and a comfortable double bed. Additionally, the location of the hotel near the famous Dongdaemun shopping district was a major bonus, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Lastly, the breakfast served was included in the rate and offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

Great location - walking distance to shopping malls and subway. The airport bus 6702 stops right in front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep.

During my stay, I arrived at 8am but couldn't check in until 2pm. However, the hotel's convenient location allowed me to explore nearby attractions while waiting.
