The hotel's location is unbeatable - it is very close to the centre of the town and nestled in the beautiful forest surroundings. We loved how convenient it was to explore the local shops and restaurants, as everything was just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the rooms impressed us, they were beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds and nicely decorated rooms. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of options from cereals, juices, yogurts to a delicious full English breakfast. However, what really made our stay memorable was the amazing staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests and gave us great recommendations for local activities and attractions.

The noise level from the road outside was quite high, making it difficult to sleep. the lack of basic amenities in the room, such as shampoo and conditioner, was inconvenient.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there was one minor aspect that could be improved upon. The bathroom sink seemed to take a bit longer than usual to empty, resulting in a glugging noise that persisted after removing the plug.
