The location of the hotel is great, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. However, the room doors slammed shut, causing disturbance at night. Additionally, the bathroom had some maintenance issues like broken grout and leaky shower. Nevertheless, the hotel provided food all through the night and even personalized the room with a welcome message and complimentary prosecco for a special occasion.

The wifi access code didn't always work and expired after 1 day.

I had a fantastic stay at Pentahotel! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even helped me find places to visit in the local area. The recently refurbished foyer was absolutely beautiful and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The shower gel and hand wash provided in the room were a nice touch. I also appreciated the environmentally-friendly approach of having a sign to indicate if I wanted my room cleaned.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bedroom could have been better equipped, with only one plug socket on one side of the bed.
