Had a great Christmas getaway at this resort. The cabins were comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to surrounding areas and places to visit. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant and the food was exceptional. The beautiful scenery and well-maintained grounds added to the overall experience.

One downside was that the spa facilities were not available and we were not informed about it on check-in. It would have been nice to be told in advance.

The lodges were beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. The location was also great, with easy access to the nearby Dales, offering stunning natural beauty. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Warm lodge with everything needed for a winter break. Loved the arcade, play center, and feeding the ducks.

The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent beauty treatments and massages that left us feeling pampered and rejuvenated. In addition, the hotel had a game room with activities like table tennis and mini golf, adding even more fun to our stay.

We recommend this hotel to all as it provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

The best aspects of my Christmas stay at this resort were the stunning views from our lodge and the peaceful location. The lodge provided a cozy and comfortable setting, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the convenience of having a restaurant on-site was a great advantage, as it made it easy for us to enjoy delicious meals without having to venture far from our accommodation.

The worst aspects of our stay were the lack of attention to detail and the outdated facilities. The lodge we stayed in had carpets that were dirty and worn, and the bathroom floor was slippery, posing a risk of falls, especially for our children.

The location was fantastic, right by the lake which offered beautiful views. The kitchen in our lodge was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The resort provided a soft play area for children, which was a great bonus.

Some of the lodges were in need of modernization and reconstruction. The furniture in our studio apartment was old and tatty, and the overall ambiance was dark.

We stayed at Pine Lake Resort for a week and had an amazing time. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake. The lodges were well equipped and spacious, with modern furniture and tasteful decor. The kitchen had everything we needed and the staff were professional and courteous. The on-site restaurant had a great menu with reasonable prices. The privately owned water sports company provided an incredible experience. We will definitely be returning to this affordable paradise every year.

I gotta say, we got a great bang for our buck at Pine Lake Resort. The room was top-notch, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was pure bliss, with a beautiful lake view and plenty of opportunities to chill out. The staff treated us like VIPs, always friendly and easy to chat with.

The morning meal could use a little improvement, especially in terms of variety.

The whole place was absolutely gorgeous and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was perfect for me and my boyfriend, clean and cozy with everything we needed. It was an added bonus that there was parking right outside the lodge, making it very convenient. The location was also great, as it was less than a 30-minute drive to Windermere, allowing us to easily explore the stunning Lake District. The leisure facilities at the resort were also very nice, providing additional relaxation and entertainment options. our weekend at this resort was truly amazing.

For us, it was ideal.

Wheelchair accessible, clean rooms & public areas. Fully equipped with hairdryer, iron, cheese grater, pots & pans. Friendly staff, felt at home & relaxed. Amazing food, great selection. Will definitely return, best stay ever. Thank you!

The value for money at Pine Lake Resort was excellent, with a comfy double bed, lovely pillows, and a well-equipped lodge. The location was great, with a beautiful view of the lake from our lodge and convenient access to public transportation for exploring nearby areas.

The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The free coffee and croissants in the lobby were a nice touch, and the gym was a decent size for a hotel. The location was great, just a short walk to some shops and restaurants. Plus, the view from my room was absolutely stunning.

The Wi-Fi was a rip-off, with a daily cost that only covered two devices. Not exactly ideal for a business trip where I needed to connect multiple devices.
