I recently stayed at Pont Y Pair Inn for a weekend getaway. The shared bathroom facilities were never occupied, which was definitely a plus. The hot showers were refreshing, and the bar had some of the best drinks in the village. The breakfast options were amazing, and the staff provided exceptional service. I would absolutely recommend staying at this pet-friendly inn.

We had a lovely few days exploring the beautiful walks right at our doorstep. The low forest and lake grounds provided stunning scenery for our walks. The accommodation was affordable and included breakfast, which was a plus. It was the perfect place for a comfortable bed, a friendly pint, and some pub grub. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, affordability, and relaxed atmosphere.

The value for money at this inn was fantastic and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for hiking in Snowdonia and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast option could have had a wider time frame for serving, maybe until 10am for those who like to sleep in a bit.

It was perfect for exploring North Wales and enjoying outdoor activities in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely inn in a picturesque location. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was clean and the rainfall shower was refreshing. The inn itself was a stunning building and it was evident that the owners take pride in their business. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The food was delicious, especially the full cooked breakfast and the evening meals.

We had a fantastic stay at Pont Y Pair Inn! The front top room offered breathtaking views, and the beer on tap was top-notch. The staff were delightful, providing unbeatable hospitality. The location couldn't be better - we even had the pleasure of witnessing salmon leaping out of the surf as they swam upstream. We've been back several times over the years, and it will be sad to see the current tenants go. Hopefully, the new owners will be as friendly and attentive as the previous ones.

Lovely staff and location. Beautiful building surrounded by trees and water. Accessible to village and shops. Room was nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Great shower with lovely products. Enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a family stay. The homemade pies served in the bar were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.- The central location of the hotel made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

There was no on-site parking available, which meant having to park a short walk away. The heating system in our room was noisy and disrupted our sleep, despite informing the staff about the issue.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with shops and amenities close by. The rooms are comfortable, with good-sized kettles provided. The inn is also near the river, offering a lovely view.

There were some issues with the hot water in the showers, which lasted only 30 seconds.

The breakfast was superb, with a great variety and quick service. The shared bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The location near the train station and Llyn Elsi was convenient for hiking and exploring. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The beds were incredibly comfortable with cozy bedding and ample towels. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits were provided in the room. Parking was easily available nearby with no issues. Lots of storage space in the clean rooms.

Great Location, Good Parking. Had a city break and stayed at this hotel. The location was great, very central and easy to get around. The parking was good and we had no problems finding a space just by the hotel. The room was also clean.

Poor Quality. The room was well below our expectations, very old fashioned and in need of renovation.
