I encountered various issues during my stay. The staff's unprofessional behavior left me feeling frustrated. they insisted on a physical card for deposit purposes, which felt suspicious and invasive. Despite my repeated inquiries, I still have not received my deposit back weeks after checkout, and the front desk offered no assistance, suggesting it was solely my bank's issue.

I had an amazing time staying in a spacious apartment with stunning views, but the noisy heavy doors were a bit annoying. I'd definitely choose this place again!

The location was central, with easy access to

everything from tourist attractions to grocery stores. The apartment comforted us like home, but I had trouble cooling the room since there was no AC. Overall, a nice stay that captured the essence of Edinburgh.

i was almost ready to give a good review, but the apartments were just not suitable for my elite standards. the washing machine was a joke since i had to get my own detergent, and waking up to maintenance knocking at 8:30 was grotesque. after such inconvenience, i expected at least a complimentary upgrade, but no. very disappointing.

Consider requesting detailed kitchen appliance instructions upon check-in to avoid frustration during meal prep. The rooftop terrace is a fantastic spot to unwind.

We got upgraded to a huge 3-bedroom apartment, all the amenities a girl could need, and a sweet kitchen! Just a quick walk from the train station—so fabulous for my family and I on our quick getaway!

That said, my dreams of a leisurely check-in were dashed by a 3 PM start time. Honestly, it's so 'not chic' to have to haul your bags to the storeroom yourself!

Proximity to the train station made travel effortless, and the nearby Sainsbury's was ideal for stocking up on essentials. However, some amenities like the bathroom finish fell slightly short of expectations, and having no full-size ironing board was inconvenient. A few more USB charging outlets would enhance the experience further.
