The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was just a short walk down 13 flights of stairs to downtown, and it was conveniently close to the highway. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, providing a luxurious experience. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and attentive waitresses in the restaurant. The hotel also offered a convenient parking option with unlimited "in-out" privileges for a reasonable fee.

The hotel experienced issues with their billing system, leading to incorrect charges being placed on guests' credit cards.

We had an amazing stay at Ambassador Hotel Wichita, Autograph Collection. The room was spacious with a lovely walk-in shower and plenty of natural light. The staff surprised me with chocolate-dipped strawberries and sparkling wine for my birthday. The location was perfect, with restaurants and attractions just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The noise levels in the room were unbearable, especially at night. the hotel is located on a busy corner and the sound of motorcycles and cars racing by made it difficult to sleep.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and made us feel like we were in Disneyland. They even surprised us with a free upgrade to a beautiful corner room on the 13th floor. The room was spacious, immaculate, and had great night light views. We loved the free coffee and water, as well as the delicious breakfast served in the dining restaurant. The decor in the speakeasy bar was like stepping back in time to the roaring 20s. Every staff member was helpful and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. The central location was perfect for attending the event we were in town for. We cannot wait to return for another quick weekend getaway.
