Awesome vibes and friendly staff!

The room was super comfy with a fab wet room. Reception staff were super nice and made us feel like VIPs. The breakfast was top-notch, especially loved the fresh cappuccino. The only bummer was the pricey parking next door at £15 a day. But overall, fantastic experience!

Well, that was a surprise!

This stay exceeded expectations! The room was spacious and offered stunning views of the River Mersey, complemented by a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and the pizza from the bar was surprisingly delightful. Its proximity to the M&S arena is a bonus for event-goers. Would definitely choose this gem again.

Yet, I encountered disruptive housekeeping during my downtime, leading to a frustrating lack of privacy and relaxation.

I enjoyed my stay during a recent trip to catch a concert. The check-in was smooth and the staff provided useful information about getting around. we had a noisy night due to some maintenance issues (couldn't figure it out! ). but the room was stunning with great views of the river, the shower was huge! and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Had an awesome time. the room was huge with an amazing power shower, and I loved the personal touches like the birthday balloons! The spa was super relaxing, and I enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was fantastic. Only downside was the kettle had a weird smell, but staff were quick to sort it the next day. 😊

It was just a reliable pick for a flying visit in Liverpool with great value for the money. The lobby bar area was nicely designed, and I enjoyed the live music there. Arrive for breakfast early to avoid the rush and ensure everything is stocked up.

Fantastic location on the Waterfront with easy access to the Echo Arena and Liverpool 1 shopping! The breakfast had a great selection, and staff were super helpful when we needed info. Clean rooms added to our pleasant stay.

Room 839 was stunning with comfy beds and great views. Enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate post-show. Everything felt top-notch and made my stay delightful.

However, the check-in process was smoother than my coffee that morning—let's just say it could’ve used a bit more pep! Also, I had hoped for a culinary masterpiece, but the fish dish was reminiscent of a mystery flavor.
