I recently had a fantastic stay at a luxurious hotel on the waterfront. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city and attending events at the nearby arena. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, especially Roni from the dining room who went above and beyond to assist me. The room was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep and the view of the river was simply breathtaking.

I had a minor issue with slow service at times, but overall it didn't detract from my experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality and comfortable stay in a great area.

During my recent stay at Pullman Liverpool, I was blown away by the personalized service. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special. They left balloons, a handwritten card, rose petals, and even provided eyelash glue when we forgot ours. The attention to detail truly made our experience unforgettable. The room itself was stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a bed that was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious, complete with a powerful shower and a ceiling shower head. The amenities, such as the iPad to control the TV and the speaker for our phones, added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The staff members were polite and friendly, further enhancing our experience. Despite a few minor hiccups with housekeeping and the occasional slow service at the bar, I can confidently say that Pullman Liverpool exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing stay.

I recently stayed at a luxurious and comfortable hotel in the heart of the city. The service from the staff was exceptional, and they went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. Additionally, the hotel provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were excellent, and I enjoyed the leisure facilities and Wi-Fi.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being right on the waterfront and near the beautiful docks area, it made for a perfect staycation spot. The comfortable bed and nice bathroom were something to be highlighted. Moreover, the hotel staff were welcoming and attentive.

The breakfast experience was subpar, with dry and inedible dishes and a shortage of staff. It was such a shame, as it was one of the few negatives in an otherwise great stay.
