The staff went above and beyond by surprising us with champagne and chocolates for our anniversary, which made our stay extra special.

Although our room was clean and well-appointed, the bathroom door showed signs of wear and could use some maintenance for a more polished look.

The staff's response to our check-in issues showed remarkable dedication, though a more comprehensive breakfast menu would enhance the experience. I particularly enjoyed the lovely decor, showcasing the historic wallpaper from 1838.

During my stay, the room was uncomfortably cold as the radiators near the windows weren't functioning well. Additionally, the towels had visible stains, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this standard. I also faced an issue with my room key, which stopped working after 11 am, and the staff's approach felt a bit intrusive when they called to check on me.

i had a delightful stay where i truly enjoyed the close proximity to beautiful parks like montpellier gardens, just a short stroll away. The charming sights like the wishing fish clock that added so much to my walking explorations of the city.

Room size limitations make staying uncomfortable!!! Noise disruption from the bar area can really get in the way of a peaceful night's sleep!!! The elevator situation is a joke, often leading to frustratingly long waits!!!

absolutely terrible experience at queens hotel, the shower had zero pressure and the towels were stained like they had seen better days. expected a room upgrade after all the inconveniences, but surprise! nothing. not to mention, the staff barely managed a smile. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. save your money.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Excellent tea making facilities with a coffee machine.

Our stay included a lovely breakfast with well-cooked ingredients, it was just hard to get enough! And the staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home, especially when checking in. They even let us leave our car after checkout while we explored the local area.

Wasn’t exactly cheap but overall worth it!

The location was prime with easy access to everything you need and the hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. The breakfast was fantastic, so much variety that you can go there every day and not get bored, and the pancakes were reportedly out of this world.
