Beautiful location and cozy vibe. Rooms a bit dark and outdated.

After a long day of exploring, I found this place to be the perfect oasis, with everything within walking distance. The service here goes above and beyond, from the room service and housekeeping to the tours and ticket assistance provided. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar and ironing facilities. The outdoor swimming pool and spa centre were a highlight for me, offering an array of beauty treatments and massages.

I recommend this venue to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay without any drawbacks.

I recently stayed at the Inn & Spa At Loretto for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with easy access to Santa Fe's landmarks. The staff was amazing. They made my anniversary special with a room choice and champagne delivery. The Southwest theme of the hotel and room added to the authentic feeling. The bed and linens were comfortable. The hotel had a quiet courtyard with a pool and a nice view. The hotel had great amenities such as robes, water, snacks, and toiletries. I also appreciated the free parking.

It's a great location for tourists. You can walk to nearby landmarks, major attractions, and everything around the plaza. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There is a good restaurant on the property that serves delicious food.

The cost for valet, wifi, and coffee/tea at reception is too high.

Enjoyable Experience

The live music and cozy atmosphere in the bar added a nice touch to our stay. Despite an issue with the room temperature, the staff were quick to address it and made sure we were comfortable. I had an enjoyable experience at the Inn & Spa and would recommend it.

Convenient location on The Plaza. Beautiful Southwestern decor, with a lovely terrace. Room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like free Showtime and On-demand. Friendly staff and good breakfast options. Enjoyed the spa and the tranquil outside patio for breakfast.

Clean room with large fridge. Gracious and friendly staff. Good location near shops and restaurants. Eco-friendly pump products in bathroom and dog-friendly garden. Lovely valet service.

The rooms were plush and luxurious, with comfortable beds and white, terrycloth bathrobes. I also loved the fact that they had a Keurig machine in the room, so I could enjoy a great cup of coffee. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities nearby.

The restaurant at the hotel was a disappointment. We had to wait for 15 minutes even though the room was almost empty, so we ended up leaving and finding a delicious meal at another restaurant in town.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. They even gave us a choice between two rooms and surprised us with champagne in our room. the bar staff was also very friendly and welcoming. the rooms had a traditional Santa Fe vibe and were very comfortable. the bed provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered valet parking and had a comfortable and enjoyable bar area with an exceptional bartender.

We were disappointed when the hotel initially tried to charge us a higher rate than what was advertised. However, after some discussion with the manager, they honored the correct rate.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room lacked a window or porch and breakfast was not included. City bus tour started nearby and location was convenient. Room for the handicapped was spacious. an enjoyable stay.
