Getting to the airport was a nightmare! The shuttle wasn’t even close to the terminals, and with all my luggage, hauling everything across the road was a struggle. Waiting forever for a bus added to the frustration. Just chaotic!

The staff was incredible and really catered to our needs. The room was spacious and had a great shower.

It wasn't cheap, but for the quality we received, it was acceptable.

I was thrilled with how close this hotel was to Newark Airport, making my travel plans stress-free with a free 24-hour shuttle service that was super helpful after my late arrival; Nearby, I had the chance to explore Weequahic Park, which is just under 2 km away, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the Prudential Center, about 4 km away, offered great entertainment options. It was a wonderfully pleasant stay, but the tiny window in my room could definitely be improved for a better view.

They were accommodating and resourceful, always ready to assist with any requests. The variety of breakfast options was impressive, and having snacks and drinks available for purchase was a nice touch. On the downside, I found the shuttle service to be a bit unreliable at times, which made transportation a bit of a hassle. It would also be great if they could offer more healthy food options, like serving wheat instead of all white bread.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, though maintenance issues like a clogged toilet and faulty hot water were frustrating. Breakfast looked promising, but both times I stayed, the waffle maker was broken, and food choices were limited. The only working elevator was overcrowded, making access a hassle. Despite these bumps, the overall experience had its bright spots.

Rooms were spacious and tidy and the staff at the front desk were super helpful and sweet with an early check-in. The airport shuttle was convenient, and the proximity to Newark Airport was spot on for my trip. The only bummer was no microwave in the room as stated online, but the one in the lobby sufficed and, hey, at least there was one available somewhere! 🌟

My fifth-floor room was comfortable and stocked with essentials. the elevator situation left much to be desired. One was out of service, and the other was frustratingly slow. Breakfast was delightful—fresh and well-maintained. A more varied selection would be beneficial. late-night service lacked warmth, and check-in was slightly cumbersome. This hotel has potential but needs some polish in service consistency. Will consider recommending, but with reservations.
