The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was top-notch. the towels provided were fluffy and the shower was great. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful additions of still and sparkling water, chocolates, biscuits, and fruit teas. the food, both for dinner and breakfast, was well thought out, beautifully cooked, and absolutely delicious. the hotel itself had a train-themed atmosphere, which added to the overall charm. the parking was plentiful and the hotel was ideally located for exploring the area or visiting relatives. We also appreciated the key pad entry for late-night returns, as it made for a stress-free experience. it was a relaxing and delightful place to stay.

Honestly speaking, there was nothing we didn't like about our experience at this hotel. We loved every aspect of it, from the comfortable room to the exceptional staff.

As party people, we loved the railway-themed decor and extra touches. The dining area and pub had a great atmosphere. Free upgrade on arrival. Spotless and beautifully decorated room. Comfy bed and cosy heating. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms, public areas, and bar/courtyard. The attention to detail in the decor and theme of the hotel, based on a railway concept, was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They even took the time to show us around the hotel. The breakfast and dinner were thoughtfully prepared, beautifully cooked, and delicious. The location was perfect, close to the New Forest and ideally placed for touring the area. Ample parking and convenient key pad entry for late-night return added to the overall convenience and comfort of this stay.

The New Year experience at this hotel was simply fantastic! the attention to detail in the decor was amazing, creating a truly unique and enjoyable atmosphere. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They truly made our stay special.

While we had a wonderful experience overall, there were a few minor downsides. the bed in our room was a little uncomfortable and could probably do with a new mattress.

The size of our room was a bit of a letdown. It was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around or find space for our luggage.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Railway Hotel. The themed rooms were amazing, with the beach and train themes being our favorites. The attention to detail was impressive and provided plenty of photo opportunities. The staff, especially Gareth, were friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were excellent. The hotel's location allowed for easy access to nature and outdoor activities, which was perfect for us nature enthusiasts.

I had a fantastic stay at this brilliantly themed hotel. The attention to detail was amazing, from the sticks of rock to the beach hut wardrobe in The Bournemouth Belle room. The staff were fantastic and the hotel was sparkling clean. I even received a free upgrade upon arrival. The dining area and main pub had lots of little extra touches that added to the railway theme. The delicious dinner and breakfast were included in the price. I had a superb experience.

The bar area and restaurant were cozy, and we particularly enjoyed the roaring log burner. The food served was delicious, using quality ingredients, and breakfast offered a variety of options, including freshly cooked dishes like porridge and a satisfying cooked breakfast.

We had the pleasure of chatting with a couple of the ladies who went out of their way to make us feel valued. The included breakfast was delicious and both our dinner meals were outstanding. We truly felt like valued guests throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!
