The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with great facilities for small-scale self-catering. The staff provided excellent service and were very welcoming.

We were so impressed with the customer service at U Residence. When our flight was cancelled due to bad weather, the management went above and beyond to secure us a room for another night. It was a relief to have a comfortable place to stay during the unexpected delay. The upgraded 1bdm suite was a pleasant surprise and perfect for our meetings with clients. The central location was also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city. we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend U Residence for its amazing customer service and lovely accommodations.

We had a fantastic stay at this family-friendly accommodation in a great location. The apartment was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The partial view over Oriental Bay was a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Te Papa and an easy stroll to Lambton Quay and the cable car. There were plenty of dining options nearby and a supermarket within close proximity. The fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed were also highlights. And to top it off, the coffee provided was the best we've ever tasted in a motel!
