Unexpected moments of magic

From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. The luxurious decor and attention to detail throughout the hotel made it feel like a dreamy escape. The room was stunning, especially the cloudlike bed and lavish bathroom. I highly recommend trying the infamous pies at the Holborn Dining Room—absolutely the best I've ever tasted! Overall, our stay felt special and memorable.

During my recent stay, the service was outstanding. I requested a late checkout, and they accommodated me right away. I also experienced an unforgettable moment when I proposed to my girlfriend in a private area of the bar. The staff helped create that special atmosphere perfectly. The art on the walls and the warmth of the space made it all the better. I'm looking forward to returning to create more memories.

The communication gaps left me frustrated!!! The housekeeping lacks efficiency leading to unmet requests!!! I couldn't believe the noise disruptions from nearby events hindering my relaxation!!! The fitness center is disappointingly limited!!! You'd think they could improve that!!!

The Holborn Dining Room's pies? Wicked good, seriously. Staff was super friendly, felt like we were hangin’ with old pals. The family room had nice space, but breakfast took a bit too long—waited ages for it! Would be great if they had a buffet or something to speed things up.

The stay was grand! The staff were real sound folks, and the rooms were mighty comfortable. Loved the stunning architecture throughout the hotel. However, the breakfast could use a bit more variety—pulled a long wait for it, to be honest. Would definitely come back!

The family room was heaps spacious with sweet touches for my granddaughter, but the breakfast lacked a buffet and took ages to arrive. Overall, enjoyed the stay!

From the moment we entered, the narrow main entrance made it feel cramped and uninviting. Additionally, the air conditioning was excessively dry, which made our stay uncomfortable. I found the service charge tagged on to our room charge to be an unnecessary and frustrating expense, adding insult to injury during our otherwise lackluster experience. Overall, there were several opportunities for improvement that left me dissatisfied with our stay.

My recent stay was a delight, especially the fantastic pastries and afternoon tea that blew me away! The spacious family room was perfect for my teens, but the bathroom could've used some more attention. Definitely coming back!

I am absolutely captivated by this hotel! The staff, particularly Roberto, provides unparalleled service, ensuring everything is taken care of with kindness. The complimentary breakfast for two is the cherry on top.

rosewood is just perfect. the rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are so comfy you won't want to leave. we also loved the calming fitness suite. the spa treatments were incredible and just what we needed.

This place suits me perfectly with its excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and top-notch spa & wellness centre. On my first stay, the staff helped me with local info, which made everything easier. Highly recommend the drums massage treatment! I'm coming back for a city trip.
