The Premium service at check-in lacked detail!!! An improved system to reserve pool chairs would be beneficial!!! The food experience seemed lackluster and inconsistently heated!!! A quiet working area would boost guest satisfaction!!!

During my stay, I particularly enjoyed the swimming pools, which were perfect for both relaxing and having fun with the whole family. The beach access was fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the sun and waves after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. The diversity of food options was impressive, especially the themed nights that catered to different tastes. We are already planning our return trip!

Delicious buffets abundant in fresh fruit and great Mexican options. Friendly staff eager to assist and a clean facility with gorgeous beach access.

Minor room maintenance issues like a stuck sliding door went unresolved during my stay. Also, securing poolside loungers was a challenge, with early reservations essential.

The room was decent, but we requested a king bed for our anniversary and ended up getting double beds instead, which was really disappointing. The room was kept clean, but the air conditioning didn’t work well—felt a bit stuffy at times. I asked about changing rooms during our stay, but no luck. The ocean view was nice when I could see it though! Honestly, could have used a better setup for a romantic vibe.

The Pools Can Get Crowded, but the Mexican Restaurant is a Culinary Delight!

The water park is awesome for families! The adults-only area was peaceful, and I loved being close to the minimarket (made grabbing snacks super easy! ). The beach area was reserved for guests, which was a nice touch, and the wifi worked perfectly.

The beach access was fantastic, and the pools were well-maintained with friendly staff always eager to help! The variety of food at the buffet was impressive, especially the Mexican cuisine! Just loved the colorful landscape around!

we had some trouble getting loungers at the beach but the buffet restaurant was awesome with great variety and quality. loved the mariachi show and the friendly staff was always there to help us. gym and other sport activities were the highlight of our stay

This place was just a top selection for a brief stop-in in Tangolunda with good price value. The bar staff at the restaurants were very nice and quick, making it easy to get drinks. Be sure to book your specialty restaurant right away to avoid long waits.
