We had a fantastic time at Barcelo! Our one-year-old baby was treated with such kindness by the staff, even when he made a mess. The pool activities were so much fun and helped us connect with other guests. The food was delicious and tasted homemade. The hotel had a great family-friendly atmosphere and we would highly recommend it for families and groups.

The room was spacious and clean, with a great bathroom. The shower was fantastic. We enjoyed the ocean view and the convenience of having food included. The beach was very close to the accommodation.

As adventure travelers, we were thrilled with the variety of activities offered at the hotel. From deep-sea fishing trips to snorkeling excursions, there was something for everyone. The club premium lounge was a great addition, providing delicious food and drinks at all hours. The hotel's location right on the beautiful beach was a major highlight for us.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Huatulco for a relaxing getaway. the location of the hotel was impeccable, right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the all-inclusive package that provided us with excellent food, drinks and even a fabulous show.

Many guests seemed to reserve chairs with towels early in the morning and not use them for the rest of the day, leaving us unable to find a spot to relax. we felt that the paid wifi was a disadvantage, as it would have been nice to be connected without having to spend extra money.

We had an amazing time at Barcelo! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially towards our 1-year-old baby. They didn't mind the mess he made and treated him like family. The pool activities were a blast and allowed us to meet new people. The homemade-style food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for families and groups. The spacious rooms were clean and the manager, Felix, was fantastic.

Our room's location near the kitchen was not ideal. The noise from early mornings and late nights with pots, pans, dishes, and carts was disruptive.

Stayed in Premium and had a beautiful ocean view. We loved the smaller size of the resort as it allowed us to meet more people. The food at the buffets and a la carte restaurants was fresh and tasty. The three shows we attended were really good. The wedding coordinator, Moramay, exceeded our expectations. The spa massage was excellent and the prices were reasonable. The staff were all very good and always went above and beyond. The hotel, although a bit dated, was very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this great place.
