We had a lovely stay at this luxurious hotel for my partner's birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with excellent service and made to feel relaxed. Our room had been recently refurbished and it was amazing! The modern decor and exquisite furnishings made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, particularly the spa pool and jacuzzi. It felt like being in an old Roman bath, with the added bonus of a steam room. The restaurant served delicious food and the cocktails were fantastic. we had a truly memorable experience and have already booked our next stay at this gem of a place.

The location of this hotel is outstanding, with beautiful gardens and surroundings. Our room, although separate from the main building, was perfect and the staff were very helpful in carrying our luggage.

When I stayed at this luxurious hotel, I was blown away by the beautiful setting both inside and outside. From the moment I walked in, the friendly and happy staff made me feel instantly relaxed. The lady on the front desk was especially welcoming and even showed me to my lovely room. The hotel had excellent facilities and lots of added extras that made my stay even more special. The spa was truly wonderful, offering something for everyone, and the calming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel was just perfect. This place is truly a gem and I can't wait to come back.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, making me feel truly taken care of during my entire stay. Not only was my room extremely comfortable, but the shower was also brilliant, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience. I truly felt like I had a relaxing break away from home, even though my stay was only 18 hours.

We had the most relaxing time at this hotel. The spa was out of this world! The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing, the best meal we've had in a long time. The hotel is situated in peaceful grounds and the staff were attentive and welcoming. The room was modern and luxurious, with exquisite furnishings and a comfortable bed. The spa facilities, including the pool, jacuzzi, and steam room, were perfect for a relaxing experience. The service at the restaurant was exceptional, with a polite and helpful waiter. We have already booked our next stay at this little gem of a place.

The room and spa facilities were satisfactory, but the restaurant was a letdown. the menu was outdated and the food was bland and poorly cooked. the portion sizes were small, especially for the price. the service in the restaurant was disorganized and the staff seemed inexperienced. the lack of skill and training was evident throughout the hotel.

The check-in and check-out process was slow and filled with errors. the communication between the spa and hotel was lacking, causing confusion and inconvenience.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, including last summer, and I can honestly say that Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa is fantastic. the location is great, and the staff are incredibly polite and helpful. the facilities are top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. the reception staff were also pleasant to interact with. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The staff at breakfast, Vasilia, was fantastic; she was attentive and friendly. The food was excellent too. Jay, the bartender, was extremely helpful during our meal at the bar the night before. The hotel staff were welcoming and made us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. Our upgraded room was modern and had exquisite furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. The spa facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi, were outstanding. The steam room gave a feeling of being in an old Roman bath. The restaurant staff, especially our waiter, provided amazing service. The food and cocktails were divine.
