We had a lovely stay at this luxurious hotel for my partner's birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with excellent service and made to feel relaxed. Our room had been recently refurbished and it was amazing! The modern decor and exquisite furnishings made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, particularly the spa pool and jacuzzi. It felt like being in an old Roman bath, with the added bonus of a steam room. The restaurant served delicious food and the cocktails were fantastic. we had a truly memorable experience and have already booked our next stay at this gem of a place.

The location of this hotel is outstanding, with beautiful gardens and surroundings. Our room, although separate from the main building, was perfect and the staff were very helpful in carrying our luggage.

The spa was truly wonderful, offering something for everyone, and the calming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel was just perfect. This place is truly a gem and I can't wait to come back.

We loved our stay at the hotel in Dartford! Beautiful environment, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The location is great, and the staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The facilities are top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. The reception staff were also pleasant to interact with. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Clean, calm, and quiet. Super friendly staff who took time to make us feel well-taken care of. Extremely relaxing and left feeling well-rested. Amazing upgrade to a master suite for our birthday and anniversary treat. Lovely breakfast and beautiful venue for a wedding. Typical a la carte food was nice for the price.
