We had a fantastic stay at Royal Oak At! Great value for money with lovely, comfy rooms and stylish interiors. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Keswick, and the staff were the best we've ever encountered. They treated our dog like a king and nothing was too much trouble.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was the food for breakfast. The mushy peas seemed to be straight out of a tin and the chips were a little underdone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Oak At. The bedroom was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a fabulous walk-in shower and outstanding bathroom decor. The location was also great, with a good atmosphere in the bar/food area. Despite a few small drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, just a short walk from free street parking and close to attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the hotel had a cozy atmosphere and the bar/restaurant area was inviting.

The room temperature was too warm and the staff seemed a little disorganized during busy times. there was a mix-up with the room key, which could have been a security concern.

The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a lovely bed and a small but very clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process hassle-free. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide and varied choice of options. Plus, the inn had a main restaurant that was always buzzing, adding to the lively atmosphere of the town.

There was one minor issue with the inn. The room was a bit on the smaller side, which might not be ideal for those who prefer more space.

My friends and I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of Keswick. We were able to explore the charming market on Thursday and it was just a short walk to the beautiful lake district. The room was decorated beautifully and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were always helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast each morning was delicious, and we loved the added touch of trays outside the rooms for muddy boots.

The check-out time was a bit early for our liking.

We got great value for the money we spent at Royal Oak. The location was perfect, right in the town center but still peaceful. The staff treated us like VIPs, always with a smile and ready to help.

We also appreciated the maintenance work carried out during our stay as it shows that the hotel cares about its guests' comfort. One great advantage of the hotel is its central location, which made it easy to visit all the attractions in the area. We also enjoyed the complementary Wi-Fi and the lovely complimentary toiletries in our room.

Our experience was not perfect as we did encounter a few issues. We noticed some lack of attention to detail in our room, as there were some sticky rings on the bedside table and dry water marks on the shower door.
