We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was superb, with many famous attractions such as Buckingham Palace just a few blocks away. Additionally, it was very close to Terminal 3 at Heathrow, which made our transportation to the airport a breeze. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed with the quality of the amenities provided.

The front lobby service was amazing and the location couldn't be better. the rooms were smaller than expected, but everything was clean and well-maintained. the breakfast buffet had a good selection and the English Grill had some outstanding dishes.

The housekeeping service could have been better and the prices for drinks and dinner at the hotel restaurants and bars were quite expensive compared to local establishments. the Curry Room was a disappointment, but thankfully there were other options in the area.
