the view was stunning, but absolutely terrible service and awfully uncomfortable bed. I expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but no, I got ignored instead. The jacuzzi had no jets and was just full of water everywhere, like great thinking there. I almost thought about giving a positive review but just couldn’t. so disappointing!

el mirador del cocora has breathtaking views from its hilltop location near the mirador. the deluxe double room was comfortable and had a private jacuzzi, which was a fantastic way to relax. the reception staff was very kind and professional, making our stay even better.

always went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The views from the balcony were stunning, although the walk up the hill could be challenging for some. Overall, a great experience but be prepared for the hike!

We enjoyed the beautiful views from our room and the spaciousness of the family suite. Breakfast was a highlight with some tasty made-to-order omelets. The quiet setting allowed our toddler to nap peacefully while we admired the stunning Cocora Valley from the terrace.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had more activities for kids.

Our junior suite had stunning mountain views and a private jacuzzi. perfect for late-night relaxation. The walking distance to the viewpoint was ideal.

the shower pressure was weak , which was kinda frustrating. the view from the junior suite was spectacular and the breakfast had plenty of tasty options. staff were attentive and friendly, which made my stay enjoyable.
