Stayed here for the TMEA convention and the location and price for value was great. The manager was welcoming and the front desk clerk ensured our room was clean and had everything we needed. The room was spacious, allowing my grandson to play comfortably. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The parking lot was well lit and enclosed. Additionally, the staff was honest and held onto my forgotten pillow.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the San Antonio area for a convention and decided to bring my family along for a second stay. The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to provide excellent customer service, even delivering directions to the airport right to our room. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service. Any issues we had, like a slow-draining shower, were promptly addressed by the owner/manager. it was a great experience and the best hotel in its price range.

The room was excellent for the money. It was easy to find and close to stores and restaurants. the staff was very accommodating. Furthermore, the location was convenient as it was close to downtown and provided easy access to local attractions. the fact that there were plenty of nearby restaurants and shops made it convenient for me to grab a quick bite to eat or buy anything I needed during my stay.

The pillows were too hard and made it difficult for me to get a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the noise disturbances from the men in the neighboring rooms were quite bothersome.
