This hotel is an absolute gem! the value for money is unbeatable - you get so much for what you pay. Secondly, the location is fantastic, really close to the town center and just a stone's throw away from the promenade. Being central to all major attractions, especially the tower, made exploring the area a breeze. Lastly, the staff were exceptional - so friendly and welcoming, they really made us feel at home. Oh, and the rooms had comfortable beds with heating, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay.

My daughter was performing at a nearby venue, so we stayed at The Rutlands for a night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was delicious and they even made sure to provide vegetarian sausage. We were able to book a separate room for my baby, allowing her to sleep earlier. The rooms were spacious and clean. Highly recommend to friends and family.

We chose to stay in this hotel for our bike riding trip and it was a great decision. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions and amenities. The staff welcomed us warmly upon arrival and provided us with all the information we needed. Our room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with all the amenities we could ask for. The breakfast was delicious and prepared us for a day of biking.

Although the room was comfortable, the bathroom was a bit small.

The breakfast offered plenty of toast and cereal, which was great. Also, the room was very well located, just a short walk from the beach, and it was clean and nicely decorated. Additionally, the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The mattress was quite uncomfortable and could definitely use an upgrade. Also, the noise level outside the room was pretty bad at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Lastly, the Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak and unreliable, which made it difficult to do any online activities.

This hotel is the best I've stayed in for the price. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to all the attractions in town but far enough away to avoid all the noise and chaos. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities you would expect. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was spot on.

The Rutlands was a great choice for our stay in Blackpool. The gentleman who checked us in was pleasant and even gave us a tip on the cheapest parking options. The room was surprisingly affordable for a weekend stay, despite the football and darts events happening in the city. Although we didn't use them, the towels appeared clean and the environment was quiet at night. The location was perfect and close to all the attractions. We especially appreciated the helpfulness of host Lorraine and her family, who served a delicious breakfast.
