I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, it was truly memorable. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The buffet food at the celebration I attended was amazing, and the staff even went out of their way to prepare a celebration cake for us. Despite a power outage late at night, the staff quickly found a solution and made sure we were comfortable. The dinner, wine, and breakfast were all delicious, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

I stayed at a lovely rustic hotel on a beautiful island, situated just off the high street. The room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and helped me with my luggage. The bar had a great atmosphere and a wide selection of gins. Despite a wedding party, my room was quiet and the bed was huge. I slept very well.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The location of this place is perfect, with well-spaced tables and plenty of room to move around. I loved that I could walk to most things and that there were pleasant rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The free car parking at the rear of the hotel was also a great convenience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the service to the housekeeping, everything was top-notch.

Excellent location in the center of town. Quiet rooms with no noise disturbance. Great food from the chef, including a delicious brownie sent to our room. Amazing staff who were kind, organized, and always ready to assist us

We had a comfortable and spacious room with a king size bed and enough space for yoga exercises. The room was properly serviced and had good over-basin lighting in the ensuite bathroom. The shower worked well, although the water pressure at the basin was a bit low. The hotel staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Massive room, old beams, stand-alone roll top bath, walk-in shower. Friendly bar staff, superb breakfast. Free upgrade to suite, booked extra nights. Little dog loved, cut up bacon every morning. Will visit again soon.

The Saracens Head Hotel offers a lovely old building with a lot of history. The staff, especially at breakfast, are really nice and helpful. The room was nice, with tea/coffee facilities, a TV, and parking was good too.

This place is absolutely fantastic! We were so impressed with everything here. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to all the shops at High Chelmer. The staff were extremely polite and always made sure we were well taken care of. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved all the amenities provided, like the heating, tea and coffee facilities, and the comfortable sitting area. The hotel also has a beautiful garden with cozy garden furniture where we enjoyed some relaxing moments. we were very pleased with the quality of service and the great attention to detail.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and excellent entertainment. I had a really fun night at Saracens Head, enjoying the lively party atmosphere and impressive performance. The staff were helpful and the atmosphere was fantastic. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a great Christmas experience staying at this hotel. Loved the festive decorations in the lobby and the room was clean and cozy. the staff were super friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Convenient location, close to popular shops and restaurants. Absolutely loved the Christmas Day feast, served in the hotel restaurant. the turkey and stuffing were delicious!

The heating in our room was not working properly and it took a while before we finally felt warmth in the room. the hot water was not consistently available and sometimes we had to wait for a while before taking a shower.
