We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the center of town where we found plenty of shops and restaurants, including the famous Bettys Tearoom. The hotel itself was immaculate, with tastefully decorated rooms that were spacious and spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we were provided with all the amenities we needed, including locally-made toiletries that smelled amazing. The daily housekeeping ensured that everything was kept in pristine condition. The hosts were lovely, providing a warm welcome and offering tea and cake upon arrival. They were also very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh fruits along with a cooked breakfast. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The staff here are so welcoming, providing helpful emails about parking and ensuring a smooth check-in. The rooms are immaculate with all the necessary amenities, like ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The service and housekeeping are top-notch, and I even received a welcome drink upon arrival. I loved relaxing on the sun terrace and enjoying the beautiful garden furniture. The staff truly embody Yorkshire hospitality and made my stay here a memorable one.
