Great Location & Design: the hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants and had an up-to-date and clean design.

Food Area not Clean: the breakfast buffet area had overflowing trash and was not kept clean.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, just minutes away from downtown attractions and the IU campus. The convenient location ensures that guests have easy access to everything they need. Additionally, the hotel offers ample transportation services, including Go Express Travel to the airport, making it very convenient for travelers.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with a nice layout and comfortable bed/pillows. The staff was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. The complementary breakfast had a delicious selection of food, including fresh fruit. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all downtown restaurants and the IU campus. We also loved that it was right next to the Farmer's Market, making it easy to explore and enjoy this city.

The location is superb - close to the IU campus, shops, restaurants, and Upland Brewery. The rooms are spacious and modern, with a couch and a desk. The gym is equipped with modern machines, and the pool is inviting. Breakfast is well-stocked with a lot of variety, and the lobby is beautifully decorated.

The parking garage is only accessible via an elevator, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

My recent stay at Springhill Suites was exceptional. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a smooth check-in process. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel like an important guest, providing a welcome bag in my room and complimentary food and entertainment throughout my stay. The free shuttle to graduation was a convenient perk. The location of the hotel was fantastic, and the customer service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing! the location is great, just a few blocks away from a variety of eateries and a short distance from the downtown and the IU campus. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. Thirdly, the breakfast was included and had such a nice variety of food. Lastly, the rooms were very spacious with many amenities. All of these aspects combined made our stay a great value for money!

The room was extremely spacious and had a writing/computing desk and sofa, perfect for our group of friends. The staff, especially Lauren, was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The manager, Amy, was also gracious and kind. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the IU campus.

Clean rooms and great location close to restaurants and bars. They pay attention to small details like free water and snacks, which is a nice touch.

The hotel charges for bottled water instead of providing it for free, which is disappointing. the air conditioning wasn't regulated properly and went from very cold to very warm.

Beds & pillows comfortable. Great breakfast with lemon poppyseed cake & flavored coffee. Welcome drink & cookies at front desk. Easy check in-out. Nice & friendly staff.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The complimentary activities, such as the shuttle to the stadium for graduation and the daily breakfast buffet, were fantastic. The staff was friendly and accommodating, creating a very positive and upbeat atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown Bloomington and the Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. it was a fantastic experience!

Everything great.

Our room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The breakfast had a great selection with hot options like eggs, bacon and waffles. The friendly bartender made us feel welcome. Overall I'd recommend this hotel despite limited TV channels and expensive parking.
