I stayed at the W in Scottsdale for a family trip to Arizona. The hotel style and room service were great, and the staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The hotel had a fun, party atmosphere and the bar had a great band playing. The mini bar was awesome and the location was excellent. a fantastic experience!

During my recent stay at W in Scottsdale, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to my every need. They remembered my name and even took note of the activities I had planned. It truly made me feel like a valued guest.

One minor issue was the noise level. The walls were quite thin, and there was a lot of foot traffic and voices in the hallways, as well as a crying baby nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything in the area where the staff truly cared about our satisfaction. The service was top-notch, from the welcoming staff at the front desk to the helpful pool bartender. They even went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special by sending us complimentary champagne. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed like ironing facilities and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the variety of dining options, including in-room breakfast and a poolside snack bar. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay unforgettable.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the facilities, including the spa and bar, were top-notch. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way.

I did experience some inconvenience due to ongoing renovations at the hotel, which affected the complete functionality of certain amenities.

The complementary snacks and drinks were a nice touch, and the pool area was lovely with sun loungers and tropical trees creating a nice ambience. the hotel is well-situated near plenty of restaurants and bars.

The room felt cramped and the air conditioning was ineffective, so it was uncomfortable during the night. the towels also had stains on them and there was some confusion with charges, leaving a sour taste in my mouth.
