I loved the daily replenishment of water bottles, apples, and oranges. The hot shower was excellent and my wife was even able to take home some shampoo and conditioner that she loved. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city with easy access to hop on hop off buses, the Tube, and various attractions. Plus, there were great dining options and a Tesco Express nearby.
