Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and brilliant gastro pub meal. Great location near the seafront and all it has to offer.

The hotel is conveniently located near the seafront, making it easy to access the beach and enjoy seaside activities. The staff were very helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a good shower. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was satisfying. Additionally, the hotel had a nice view of the surrounding area.

The parking situation was a bit stressful, as there were limited spaces available and the streets were narrow, especially for larger cars.

The room was well decorated and in good order. the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. the location was very handy for the beach and town.

The customer service we received over the broken shower was unacceptable. We didn't have any hot water for our morning shower and the issue was not resolved in a timely manner.

Great value for money with spacious and comfortable rooms, good wifi, and a large TV. The staff at Somerset House Boutique were brilliant, friendly, and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop for Gunwharf Keys and the historic dockyard.

No fridge in the room.

The power shower in the bathroom quickly warmed up and made me feel rejuvenated after a long night. the hotel was located close to the beach and various restaurants offering delicious food. Being able to bring my own takeaway food to my room was a plus.

My stay was really sub-par and it was not what I was expecting to start the new year off right. the noise levels in the hotel were unbearable, making it impossible to sleep.
