Had an awesome time with my friends! The staff were super friendly and gave us great tips about local spots. We enjoyed a walk through Government Gardens with its amazing geothermal pools and art, and capped off the trip at the Paul Paul Comedy Night. The breakfast was solid each morning, and the location made it easy to explore the area. Definitely planning a return visit.

One thing to keep in mind, the room we had backed onto the car park, which had an unfortunate stale smell.

The noise from the nearby pool is unbearable, especially with unsupervised children around!!! The breakfast area feels cramped and chaotic. And why not add a microwave to the rooms for convenience? !!!

I had a spacious room on the ground floor, very clean & comfy. Plus, the staff were super helpful when I left my sunglasses behind, organizing everything for their return. , really made my day.

jetpark hotel is super nice! we loved how close it is to the town and having a yummy breakfast in the mornin really set the day off right. the staff was really friendly and made us feel welcomed. also, the free parking was a lifesaver and we really loved the cozy beds. the pet package they offered was adorable too, our furbabies felt right at home!

but the check-in was kinda confusing and having kids run around in the lobby was noisy sometimes.

We stayed in a family suite, cozy yet tight for our two little whirlwinds. The location was handy for local attractions and parking was a bit tricky but we found a spot eventually. The pool area looked inviting despite the chill!

But honestly, the bathroom was a horror film—mold and hair galore! And a cleaning spray left behind? I guess the maid thought I was up for a cleaning challenge!
