Although the hotel is located by a main road, the lovely garden and proximity to the fens more than made up for it. The pet policy could be more accommodating, as we were informed that pets are typically only allowed outside in kennels.

The mattresses in some of the rooms could be improved, as they show signs of wear and sagging.

Small hotel with limited capacity, ensuring a safe and intimate experience. Lovely, clean rooms with ample parking. Owner and staff are helpful, welcoming, and provide interesting conversations.

We were impressed by the tranquility of the location and the delicious breakfast options, including a freshly prepared full English and a variety of fruits. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
