Staybridge Suites was definitely worth the money with its spacious rooms and efficient air conditioning. The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by having fresher pastries.

I had a fantastic stay at Staybridge Suites in Birmingham. The location was ideal, right in the city center, within walking distance of shops and bars. My studio suite was lovely and well-equipped, with everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and professional. The breakfast was quite nice, and the complementary tea/coffee making facilities in the lobby were surprisingly useful. The location was central and convenient, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. One advantage was having a separate bedroom to ensure a clean environment to sleep in.

The "free" wifi was extremely slow, making it nearly unusable. The entrance hall was uninspiring, similar to entering a multi-storey car park.

The hotel's location was very convenient as it was situated adjacent to the station and right in the centre of town. In addition, it was very close to Birmingham New Street station and small convenience stores. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and excellent service. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide selection of food and drink.

The hotel's internet access was not suitable for business travelers, with a slow internet speed.

We loved being right in the town centre, with everything we needed in close vicinity. The room had all the amenities we could need, including a kitchen, microwave and refrigerator. The staff were first class, with the deputy manager being particularly helpful. The fitness centre was excellent, as was the breakfast bar with fantastic choices. In short, we recommend this place to everyone for a great stay.

Enjoyed the spacious, clean suite with lovely city view. Lobby was airy and breakfast included both continental and vegan options. £50 pre-authorisation fee was waived as an IHG member and no charge for late check-out. Location allowed easy access to shopping and public transportation.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. Unfortunately, one of the lifts was out of service during our stay, but the staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome throughout. With a fully equipped kitchen and spacious, comfortable rooms, we would highly recommend a stay here. a great experience.
