The hotel is in a perfect location, right in front of the stunning castle and conveniently near the train station for our trip to Hastings. The village it is located in is also quite attractive. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated and comfortable, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, they were friendly and attentive. The breakfast served was delicious with good portion sizes.

The only minor drawback was the lack of wardrobe space in the room.

Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the nearby Abbey. The breakfast, which even had vegan options, was included and really tasty.
