I keep returning for the outstanding service. Staff found my lost barrette once! With amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and Indoor swimming pool, it suits me perfectly. Coming back for Christmas.

The hotel is conveniently located in a vibrant district, just a short walk away from a variety of restaurants and stores. The loft-style room offers a cozy and homely feel, complete with a full kitchen. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making you feel welcome throughout your stay.

The elevator is in need of maintenance and can be slow and noisy at times.

We stayed here during the New Year and the breakfast was great, the beds were super comfy, and the loft-style room was cozy. the location was key, right in the heart of the district. We had plenty of room for someone to sleep while another watched TV in the other room. It was a home away from home.

the staff was not helpful when we asked for towels and the kitchenette was filthy with half-eaten food on the floor. the glass wall in the shower was not sufficient as water collected on the floor.

Our recent stay at Residence Inn By Marriott Des Moines was fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room had plenty of space for everyone to relax. We chose the double bed suite, and it was perfect for our needs. The location of the hotel was also great, making it convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially appreciated the lovely lady who took care of the room. Additionally, one person at the front desk, Ramona, was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
