We recently spent our Christmas holiday at a hotel in London and had a great experience. the staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home. we loved the fact that our room was nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore attractions like the Tower of London and Buckingham Palace with just a 30-minute walk. Additionally, the room had room-darkening shades, which was a plus for my husband who values a good night's sleep.

Secondly, the staff were really friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Finally, the basic amenities provided, like the hairdryer and ironing board, were a nice touch and made my stay more convenient.

The staff were extremely helpful and the room was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials including towels, soap, and coffee. I loved the daily replenishment of water bottles, apples, and oranges. The hot shower was excellent and my wife was even able to take home some shampoo and conditioner that she loved. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city with easy access to hop on hop off buses, the Tube, and various attractions. Plus, there were great dining options and a Tesco Express nearby.
