Had a wonderful experience over Christmas. the staff were attentive and accommodating, even during the busy season. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. the restaurant offered good value for money, with tasty options like the Whitebait starter and a delicious carvery. This made dining in a pleasure. the hotel provided a great stay with excellent service.

While the overall experience was positive, the prices of food and drink seemed a bit higher than expected. However, this did not detract from the otherwise enjoyable stay.

The Bridge House is in a great location with plenty of local pubs and restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, and the food was hot and constantly replenished. The view from the room was pleasant, overlooking the peaceful surroundings. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the area I was traveling to, making it a perfect choice for me.

That the breakfast staff seemed a bit disinterested and the wall where we sat had some leftover food stains, which could have been cleaned beforehand.

The hotel is well-lit, brightly painted, and has matching furnishings. The staff is friendly and provides good customer service. The bed is comfortable and everything is clean. We enjoyed the fresh trout dinner and the breakfast was excellent. The river view is highly recommended. Can't wait to come back and explore the area more.

The Christmas day lunch at the hotel was enjoyable, with a nice carvery and a good selection of food. the option for pescatarians was appreciated, as my wife was able to enjoy a delicious sea bass meal. the hotel was also located in a key area, offering scenic views of the river, which would definitely enhance the overall experience.

The traffic noise outside of our room, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. However, the staff were very accommodating and quickly arranged for a different room at the side of the hotel, which was much quieter.
