I recently stayed at a guest house that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and made to feel at home. The attention to detail in the room was outstanding, with complimentary drinks and snacks, as well as binoculars to enjoy the stunning sea view. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was extensive and the cooked breakfast was perfect. The staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. I can't recommend this guest house enough. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

We had an excellent stay at this lovely guest house right across Morecambe bay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful view of the bay. The host, David, was warm and welcoming, going out of his way to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding with a great selection. The little touches like fresh flowers and a drinks tray in the room made it extra special.

The only drawback was the lack of nightlife in the area.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is just down the promenade from the centre of Morecambe, making it so close to the shops. Additionally, it is directly near a bus stop, which makes it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable, with soft beds and pillows, and offer beautiful views of the Morecambe sea view.

Although the rooms are comfortable, the bathroom facilities could use some improvement.

The location was unbeatable, right on the seafront, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking views. The service from the staff was exceptional, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We also appreciated the range of options provided for breakfast, from a full English breakfast to a variety of fruits and cereals. this place exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning.

A warm welcome from the friendly staff and excellent facilities were the best aspects of my weekend getaway. The fact that they offered tea or coffee with mince pies upon our arrival was a lovely touch. The rooms were of a very high standard and had more amenities than top hotels. The sea view from the room was outstanding and added to the overall experience.

The welcome was great and the room was clean with all necessary amenities provided. The breakfast options were good, with a nice selection of cereals and a perfectly cooked full English. Location-wise, it was close to my business meetings which saved me some time.

The view from the room wasn't satisfying, and the room was quite small. The noise from nearby rooms was also a problem.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and the location was beautiful, with a stunning view of the sea from my window. The breakfast each morning was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff, especially David, the owner, were very friendly and chatty, and nothing was too much trouble for them to assist with. I also appreciated that there was a bus stop right by the hotel, making transportation around this city easy and convenient.
