The hotel's location near the city centre was incredibly convenient. Everything I wanted to see and do was within walking distance. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They provided excellent customer service and made sure I had everything I needed. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. Lastly, the breakfast was lovely and provided a great start to my day.

Had a great time during my Xmas stay at this hotel. Loved the free parking and wifi, which made it convenient for me to explore the city without worrying about my car or internet connection. the location was perfect, close to all the attractions and easy to get around. Another advantage was the friendly and polite staff who made the check-in and check-out process easy and enjoyable. the room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

Although I had a pleasant stay, there were a few issues. the shower bottom was slippery, could use some grips for safety.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Ipswich recently. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was explained to me upon check-in. The room was clean and tidy, with towels provided. I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave next to the water boiler, which was a nice touch. The location was convenient, close to the city center and museums. I even managed to walk from the train station with my heavy luggage. it was a great value for the price, especially considering the alternatives. If I'm ever in Ipswich again, I would definitely consider staying here.

I stayed at Carlton for a short overnight trip, arriving late and leaving early for the airport. The friendly staff and convenient location made it perfect for my needs. The hotel is just minutes away from the town center and has limited parking in the front and additional space in the rear. The room, although not refurbished, had everything I needed and the breakfast was very good. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.
