I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Magherafelt. The room was beautiful, overlooking the river. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they had a great dog-friendly attitude. The food was also fantastic, with a variety of options for my vegetarian diet and my husband's wheat intolerance. We enjoyed finishing the evening with a drink on the balcony, chatting with locals. The hotel's popularity with the locals is a testament to its quality.

Could not be improved in any way.

We had a fantastic experience at The Inn at Castledawson. The newly refurbished rooms were tranquil and the showers were great. We really appreciated the warm welcome from Ciaran and his team, especially when we returned late from the wedding reception. The location was excellent, as we were in the area for a family wedding at a nearby venue. The cooked breakfast in the morning was amazing. We highly recommend The Inn at Castledawson for its hospitality and would love to visit again soon.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, overlooking the beautiful Moyola river. The rooms are recently renovated and exceptionally comfortable, with great showers. The staff at The Inn at Castledawson are amazing, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, with a stunning breakfast/dining room featuring high ceilings and chandeliers. Guests can also enjoy the dog-friendly attitude and chat with locals on the balcony. It's a hidden gem with perfect hosts that make you feel right at home.

Limited vegetarian options for dinner.

The food at the hotel was amazing, with a variety of options for both vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions. The hotel's dog-friendly attitude was also a major plus. We loved finishing our evenings on the balcony, enjoying a drink and chatting with the locals. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and delicious food.
