The hotel's location is perfect, just off the main high street in this city. It's close to the village center, shops, restaurants, and even a lovely river Witham. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding, and the facilities provided are excellent. The breakfast offered is delicious and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

During our stay at Claremont Bed & Breakfast, we had requested a room on the ground floor as we were traveling with our two-month-old baby. The owner went above and beyond to fulfill our request and provided us with a room that was even better suited for our needs. The travel cot was already set up, making us feel instantly welcome. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, and the bathroom was clean and stylish. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the Lincolnshire sausages were absolutely delicious. it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend Claremont Bed & Breakfast.

Had a decent Christmas with the family. the building was nicely decorated with festive lights and the staff was very helpful. the hotel’s location was perfect – close to shops and restaurants for last minute Christmas shopping and dining out. the rooms were spacious with comfy beds and clean sheets. We all enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the availability of various TV channels.

The bathroom was so small it felt like a closet. the shower was too tiny and uncomfortable to use.
