The mezzanine apartment was lovely, with a warm birthday note, chocolates, and complimentary drinks upon arrival. the big bath was amazing and the bed was comfortable. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant.

One inconvenience was a smell coming from the drains in the upstairs mezzanine apartment, but the reception was quick to address the issue and even offered us a late check-out. Another concern was the difficult access to a room that required using a staff lift often used for transporting rubbish, which was not pleasant.

Perfect location, friendly staff, great amenities, comfortable bed, keyless entry system, beautiful and immaculate place.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation, including the tram station from the airport and the train station. The staff was helpful in navigating the disrupted parking situation caused by the Christmas market. The rooms were clean and spacious, equipped with kitchen facilities such as a coffee machine and washing machine.

The hotel did not offer breakfast facilities during the stay.

I loved staying at this hotel! The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right next to the train station and within walking distance of all the major sights. Despite a small issue with the shower temperature, the staff was responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival at this hotel, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff who escorted us to our room. The room exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities, including a private balcony overlooking a stunning view of the surrounding area. The well-appointed Bar/Lounge area was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

Our only complaint was a minor issue with the service at the hotel. While the staff was generally attentive, on one occasion we experienced a delay in receiving food from the main restaurant.

Our room was equipped with high-end appliances, including a Bose sound system and Siemens appliances. we were offered complimentary facts that made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect for easy access to shops, restaurants and nightlife.

The noise from nearby building works was disruptive at times, and our room was uncomfortably warm without any means to control the temperature. the early start of the tramline right by the hotel was also a downside for those who like to sleep in.
