Our two-night midweek stay at this hidden gem was exceptional. The location is superb, with easy access to Whitby town centre, just a short drive away. We loved dining in the conservatory, enjoying the beautiful views of the Inn's gardens while indulging in their delicious breakfast. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. It's worth mentioning the lovely beer garden, where we spent a relaxing afternoon soaking up the sunshine.

The only minor downside was the slightly firm mattress, but we were informed that new ones are on order, showing their commitment to improving guest comfort.

the location was perfect, just a mile or so from the coast and close to Staithes and Runswick Bay. the room exceeded my expectations, being on two levels and much larger than it appeared in the photos. It was spotlessly clean and had great facilities, including a large comfy bed, Sky TV, and a choice of hot drinks. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. the breakfast spread had a fantastic choice and the evening meals were top-notch. it was a highly delightful and memorable stay.

Lovely location near Runswick Bay. Friendly staff, comfortable room with nice touches like fridge and trouser press. Good quality tea, coffee, toiletries. Fabulous garden for outdoor dining. Amazing food. Will definitely return. Birthday stay was fantastic.
