The room was spacious with a great view and a smart TV. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to Aldgate East tube. Amenities included a fridge, microwave, and hair dryer. Breakfast was hi tech and included in the price.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the ironing facilities to the air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities, everything was thoughtfully provided. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a terrace where I could enjoy some fresh air. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep and the separate tub and shower in the bathroom added to the overall luxury. I even had access to a kitchenette, complete with a washing machine and dryer, to make my stay even more convenient.

We had a great time at The Gate Aparthotel, located in a good area close to Aldgate East. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a kitchen with all essential utensils. The staff were hospitable and efficient, making our stay enjoyable. the hotel provided a nice pack with bin liners and washing up liquid for our convenience. We also appreciated the lovely view from our room.

We were disappointed that the promised dressing gown and slippers were missing from our room.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transport and close proximity to grocery stores. having a kitchen in the room allowed us to prepare our own meals, saving us money on eating out.

The staff at the hotel lacked hospitality experience and did not inform us in advance that the room we had booked was not available. the pillows provided were also very uncomfortable, and better quality pillows would have been appreciated.

The view from our room on the 18th floor was absolutely stunning. We were able to see the beautiful cityscape of London right from our window. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The proximity to the underground and Liverpool Street station made it very convenient for us to explore the city. The check-in and check-out processes were super fast, saving us a lot of time. The availability of coffee, tea, and juices on the 5th floor was a nice touch. Additionally, there were plenty of supermarkets in the area open late for any food shopping needs. The WiFi connection was reliable and allowed us to stay connected during our stay. I highly recommend staying at The Gate Aparthotel for a pleasant and memorable experience in London.

The front desk staff were helpful and the cleaning service after 3 nights was a nice touch.
