The kitchen amenities were quite handy, enabling quick meal prep. Sadly, the noise from the nearby train tracks disrupted sleep, and cleanliness left room for improvement with reports of dirty linens. Staff communication seemed inconsistent, and guests struggled with slow internet. A lovely hotel with potential, it just needs a few tweaks.

I absolutely loved my stay here since the hotel is a short stroll to downtown and has beautiful parks like Liberty Garden and Chase Park nearby, making it perfect for weekend walks. the welcoming staff and clean rooms made my visit even more enjoyable.

the hotel was, um, nice but I definitly expected more. the process to recieve my receipt was ridiculous, absolutely no help with that. And don't even get me started on the lack of room upgrades, it woudl ve been great to be treated like the special guest I am, I almost thought I'd leave a good review, just couldn't.
