This place is located minutes from the harbour with excellent views. The staff were friendly, especially Chris the porter who was more than happy to help and very, very friendly. The facilities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and wellness centre, were amazing and very clean. The room we stayed in had a great view of the sea, adding to the overall rating. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service were also a plus.

The service here can be a bit busy at times, which can occasionally let down the otherwise great and friendly staff.

As a disabled guest, I was impressed with the lovely sun terrace and outdoor pool, both of which overlooked the bay. The spacious and comfortable room had excellent views. The breakfast selection in the dining room, also overlooking the bay, was top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the main guest areas were beautiful. The heated outdoor pool and indoor pool were great amenities. The suite I stayed in had a huge bedroom, separate lounge, and clean bathroom. The views from both the suite and the guest areas were absolutely stunning.

What a weekend! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the grandeur and style of this hotel. The beef burger was definitely a standout, and we couldn't help but admire the decor. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the seafront and all the great restaurants. We also loved that the pool and spa were not too busy. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary bottles of water in our room and enjoyed a lovely view from our deluxe double.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with large beds and full windows that allowed me to enjoy the breathtaking view from the comfort of my bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure my 5-night stay was enjoyable. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, including a delicious full English. the hotel was well-maintained and had beautiful gardens.

I did encounter some issues with the afternoon tea service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to cope with the high demand, resulting in long wait times and a lack of efficiency.
