We had a lovely surprise when we arrived at Inglenook. The check-in process was easy and our room exceeded our expectations. It was even better than the pictures depicted. Everything was clean and tidy, making us feel comfortable right away. We had requested breakfast in our room and the hotel staff arranged it seamlessly. The English breakfast portion size was perfect and cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner outside in the beautiful garden. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff.

One specific situation that stood out to us was the exceptional service we received during dinner. However, when we tried to order drinks at the bar, a male staff member seemed reluctant to serve us.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a lovely village near Bognor Regis. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was cozy and had a powerful shower in the en-suite, perfect for refreshing after a day exploring the nearby beach. I also appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities right in the room. In the morning, I was treated to a delicious full English breakfast with ample portions, including some great options for vegetarians. the hotel provided great value for money and was conveniently located near a cheap cafe and a beautiful beach.

The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was generous and catered to dietary requirements. The view of the well-kept garden was delightful, providing a peaceful ambiance.

The food was delicious and there was a good variety to choose from. the staff were efficient in handling the buffet and breakfast was of high quality. the location is great, with a lovely garden to relax in and enjoy a few drinks.

The rooms were tired and in need of refurbishment. the net curtains were off-putting and the carpet felt a bit sticky.

The beds had wonderful crisply ironed white linen and the room and bathroom seemed to be clean. the breakfast was excellent on the first and third morning, with great service and tasty food. the bar was fantastic for beer lovers, offering a wide variety of craft beers on hand pump. the staff at reception were friendly and genuinely interested in any issues we had.

As a solo traveler, I enjoyed the beautiful 16th-century Grade II listed property with its spotlessly clean rooms and efficient staff. The gardens were lovely, and there was plenty of outside seating. The bar had a great selection of real ales, a refreshing change from the usual lagers. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home.
