The bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept like a baby. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station.

Despite a minor inconvenience with the pool area, overall I had an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel offers great value for money. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect, in the centre of a bustling market area, which I really enjoyed. The rooms are clean, with all the basic amenities you could need.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect as it was right above a market and in the centre of a busy area, which we really enjoyed. The service was excellent too, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping. Our room was clean and had great facilities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were also amazing for relaxing.

Conveniently situated in Ruwi with easy access to bus station. Enjoyed the spacious, clean room and bathroom. Glad to find many veg restaurant options and hypermarkets nearby. Amazing value for luxurious facilities and cleanliness. Rooftop pool was refreshing and can't wait for the rooftop cafe to open.

The staff at this newly opened hotel were absolutely incredible! From the friendly and helpful receptionists to the attentive waiters in the restaurant, they truly went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel has a hidden charm, with nice rooms and a great selection of amenities. I was pleasantly surprised that the lifts didn't require cards, making it convenient to move around. The personnel were always attentive and even offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel lobby had a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere, and the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread was plentiful, and the staff kindly accommodated my early check-in without any additional charges. my experience at this hotel was mind-blowing and the staff deserves a big thumbs up for their exceptional service!

The hotel's location in Ruwi was perfect with easy access to taxis, shopping, and dining options. The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the breakfasts were excellent. The staff was friendly, efficient, and provided great service. The rooftop offered great views and the strong WiFi was a plus.

Absolutely nothing.

Great location - easy to walk to local attractions and public transportation. Enjoyed the variety of nearby restaurants and shops. Appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary tea and coffee. The spa and swimming pool were an extra special treat!

The TV channels weren't very familiar, would have preferred satellite channels. The lack of a sauna was a bit disappointing.
