We had a great stay at the Kinloch Arms hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our room was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family, with 2 single beds and a double. The location was also ideal, as there was a nearby beach with a fantastic swing park and play area for the kids. Plus, there was a big leisure complex nearby as well. it was excellent value for money and everyone in our family had happy faces all round. We will definitely be coming back and even bringing the grandkids next time.

We had a great check-in experience at the hotel, and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The cleanliness of the hotel was also noteworthy, as everything was well-maintained and tidy. the facilities and service at this hotel exceeded our expectations.

The staff were really pleasant, the food & the bar/diner area were good with plenty of parking available & the initial overcharge was sorted easily. The room was large and spacious. The bathroom was just as good with a nice large shower. The breakfast was just perfect. They left everything out for us as we were the last ones down and even went to get me decaf tea. I will definitely be back there.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Carnoustie. The staff at Kinloch Arms were absolutely brilliant, especially Rob who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is dog friendly, which was a big plus for us, and the food was fantastic. We found the hotel to be great value for money, with clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious and gave us a great start to the day. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay memorable!

Dropping my son off at uni for his first year, we wanted to be close to Dundee. The bathroom and shower were clean, and the price was amazing. We stayed for two nights and will definitely be returning when we collect him. The breakfast prepared by Donna was delicious and always ready at the requested time. The room had adequate tea/coffee facilities, and dinner was always tasty with quick service. The staff, especially Rob, were accommodating and friendly, providing helpful directions and plenty of safe parking.

I recently stayed at the Kinloch Arms in Carnoustie for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extended stay in the same room. The bar and restaurant area had recently been upgraded and the improvements were noticeable - it looked smart and modern. The beds were clean and comfortable, and my partner enjoyed the decent breakfast. The manager even found a secure room for our bikes and upgraded us for our two-night stay. The chicken fajitas in the limited menu were delicious, and the attentive waiter made the dining experience even better. The hotel's bar and deck area were lovely, and the food served was tasty and in generous portions. The location was conveniently close to the beach and local amenities, and the friendly staff added to the positive experience.
