We had a brilliant stay at the Law House. the location was just what we needed for a short break away from work. It was close to the sea and had pleasant walks for us to unwind. the house itself was lovely and the owners made us feel incredibly welcome. It felt more like staying at a friend's house than a traditional B&B.

A wonderful place, the house is gorgeous, in a super location, A1 is close by, Berwick's easily accessed, St Abbs is round the corner. The hosts are great, super friendly and helpful. The room we had was great and comes with pets included, which is a bonus.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Suzanne and William were so welcoming and friendly, making us feel like we were meeting old friends. The accommodation was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable with fresh, crisp linens. The surrounding area was perfect for scenic walks and the nearby village and pub were within easy reach. We also loved meeting the adorable pets on the property. a truly wonderful stay.

100% Recommend this hotel.

Nice, very friendly people - the owners were welcoming and made us feel at home. Great value for money - the stay was affordable and offered good amenities for the price. Location was good - conveniently located for exploring the surrounding area.

Needs much clearer directions - the address provided was too vague and difficult to find. Bedroom was not as expected - the room lacked a window and felt claustrophobic, especially during hot weather.

I had a wonderful stay at a remote location with friendly hosts, Suzanne and William, at Law House. They were helpful in advising on places to visit and the surrounding area. the house had a cozy yard with animals, making it perfect for animal lovers like me. the room was comfortable and I enjoyed the beautiful back garden. the location was great for beach and coastal walks. it was a lovely experience with welcoming hosts.

Great location for exploring the area and accessing the coast path. Comfortable bedroom with a cozy bed. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Nice big garden to relax in the evenings.

Limited dining options nearby. No restaurants for evening meals in St Abbs.

We loved the peaceful location of the property, nestled in a beautiful area with easy access to a fab beach. The large garden was a wonderful place to relax, and we enjoyed the company of the friendly chickens and dog. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, and the staff, Will and Suzanne, made us feel very much at ease.
