I recently had a great stay at a charming inn nestled in a calm and lovely village. The location was excellent, with easy access to the lakes and beautiful walks right on its doorstep. The atmosphere of the inn made me feel like I was staying in a small apartment rather than just a room, which was a nice change. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing good service throughout my stay. The room itself was well-equipped with all the basic amenities and had a comfortable double bed. The furniture was of good quality and the bathroom was a good size. One thing that stood out was the breakfast, especially the espresso coffee, which was a great way to start the day.

We stayed for two nights at The Little Inn and were thrilled with our spacious and beautifully decorated Explorer room. Having our dog welcomed in the main hotel bar was a bonus. The location was excellent, with easy access to sister facilities across the road. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views from our balcony were breathtaking. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the centre of Grasmere which is beautiful. It is conveniently located next to a bus stop with frequent buses, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, there are dining options just across the road, providing plenty of choices for meals.

Parking at this hotel can be limited, which may cause some inconvenience for guests with cars.

The decor was beautiful and warming, breakfast was lovely, rooms were comfy with huge beds, staff were friendly and nice, facilities were wonderful.

We had an enjoyable and restful stay in a pleasingly-decorated hotel, which had a nice bar and lounge area. the staff were extremely helpful and the location was key for our needs. We also liked the spacious and tastefully decorated room, which had a jacuzzi and was overall outstanding.

The food ordering was inaccurate and the service was sometimes slow and expensive for drinks. There was limited parking with a risk of being blocked in and the breakfast was a bit basic with limited bread choice.

Stayed at The Little Inn for 3 nights. The room was larger than expected, with a lovely patio overlooking the green. En suite bathroom was spotless and had a handheld shower head as well as a drench. The bed was probably the best I've ever slept in! All staff were really pleasant and nothing was too much bother for them. Food in 1769 restaurant was lovely, and the breakfast had a great choice. Real ales on tap. Good B+B rate too - I will be back.

The hotel is located in the heart of a picturesque village, with excellent access to many walks and stunning countryside views. The hotel also offers great dining options, with delicious pub food and generous portions. The staff were pleasant and hardworking, providing excellent service. the hotel has a pool, sauna, and small gym for guests to enjoy.
