this time in malvern was even better than before! the hotel looked like an office building from outside, but inside it was pure luxury. pools, spa, gym - all fantastic. short taxi ride to bars and restaurants in malvern. staff lovely. not too crowded either.

breakfast could be better

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel located in a business park outside of town. The staff were extremely helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The spa facilities were excellent, allowing us to relax and unwind. We also enjoyed a tasty evening meal and a delicious breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from. The whole ambience of this place was calming and restful, and we left feeling refreshed and recharged. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and a comfortable bed. The hotel also provided room service and other services such as dry cleaning and housekeeping, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, excellent restaurant and spa staff, great spa facilities, extra seating and loungers by the outdoor pool, memorable birthday celebration with attentive service.

Nothing it was perfect.

Just returned from another fantastic trip to Malvern Spa. The service, facilities, and room comfort were excellent, as always. The food service was top-notch, with hardworking staff and delicious options for both dinner and breakfast. The spa was truly fabulous, with plenty of loungers to relax on and a cozy atmosphere. The pool was a highlight, warm and wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit in June!

As someone who loves being in direct touch with nature, I was delighted with the range of activities and amenities offered at this hotel. From the fantastic spa facilities with their relaxing water jets and saunas to the beautifully decorated and comfortable bedrooms, everything was perfect. The location was spot on for our needs, and the breakfast was simply amazing. I also have to mention the excellent service we received, especially from the lady in the restaurant who went above and beyond to make our dining experience unforgettable. And let's not forget the incredible back massage I had at the spa, which was by far the best I've ever had, both at home and abroad. This place keeps improving every time we visit, ensuring that guests have an exceptional stay.

Terrible service at the restaurant, completely unresponsive to feedback from the young staff. Breakfast food was cleared away without checking if anyone else wanted more.

Nothing not to like.

I recently stayed at The Malvern for my wedding preparations. The massage at the SPA was excellent and the restaurant served really good food. The hotel was very clean and spacious, and the staff were all pleasant. They even gave me complimentary drinks while I was getting ready for my big day. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's oasis-like feel, despite its location on an industrial estate.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Revamped pool area and attentive poolside attendant. Clean and excellent spa facilities, including steam room, hydrotherapy pool, mineral shower, and sauna. Complimentary robes, flip flops, and towels in the room. Elegant interior with a lovely bar and dining area. Helpful receptionist who took our cases to the room.

The hydrotherapy pool and spa were fantastic, providing a relaxing experience for both adults and children. The range of treatments offered was great, with Elemis products available. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The lack of bar facilities at the hotel.

As a group of friends, we recently stayed at a hotel near Malvern, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, with a bus route right outside the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. We also appreciated the fact that there was a small shopping centre within walking distance, as well as a retail park nearby for any necessary purchases.
