I had a fantastic overnight stay at a charming countryside hotel. After a long day of walking along the SWCP, the hotel was a welcome sight. The room was immaculate and had a very large bath, which was perfect for relaxing. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow walkers.

I recently had a very good stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, situated on a quiet country lane leading to Chesil Beach, which was perfect for a peaceful retreat. The surrounding area was beautiful, with stunning coastal views and plenty of opportunities for walks and exploration. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were comfortable, with soft white cotton bed linen that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The basic amenities were in place and the bar on the same level as the rooms was a convenient feature. Despite the breakfast starting a bit late at 8:30, it was worth the wait as the food was delicious and served quickly. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.

Amazing sea views from the rooms and a great location for a city break. Friendly staff greeted us with a welcoming smile. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities.

The hotel could use some modernisation, especially in the bathroom. The shower pressure was low and the tiles were old.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a holiday, as it is just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of chairs, hanging space, and drawers. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel also offers great views and facilities, such as a Cellar Bar with a good gin selection.

Some guests have mentioned that there were no fly controls in the dining room.

Window in our room was tiny.

The value for money at the Manor House was exceptional, and our room was cozy and comfortable. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views down to Chesil beach, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast was great, but it would have been even better if they had some freshly baked sourdough bread for toast.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in the Dorset countryside. The Manor House exceeded my expectations with its comfortable and clean rooms, not to mention the amazing views from my room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at both the bar and restaurant was delicious. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect relaxing break that I needed. 10/10.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was out of the way and near Bridport, allowing easy access to major towns by car. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch, and I enjoyed relaxing in the lovely gardens. Additionally, the hotel had easy parking and was situated in a beautiful spot with great views down to Chesil beach. It was also a convenient location for walking along the coast path and exploring the inland areas.
